In Ultimate team you get given a squad of players from different clubs and leagues (most pretty showerty, and I doubt that anyone's heard of most of them), and you assemble a team to face other peoples teams online, or play in single player tournaments against the CPU.
You get coins for winning games, which you can use to buy more players from other players off the internet (and some players chucked in from the EA server), in bids or buy nows. Like Ebay  :P
Chemistry comes about in three different ways:
The nationality your players are, the league your player plays in, and the team your player plays in.
For instance, if I had Steven Gerrard playing alongside Stewart Downing, they would have max chemistry because they fit every catagorie. Nationality gives you minimal chemistry, league moderate, and team max.
Does that make any sense?  :P
If you're keen to play I suggest looking up some clips of 'how to' on youtube. That's how I stumbled accross it  ;)

Not Fifa but close; le old football manager.

Chose to be Blackburn because I don't give a flower, brought in Arnautovic, Crespo, Marin, Muntari, Rhodes, Scholes, and, most importantly, HESKEY!

First season lead the club to the fa cup and league cup double like a total boss, in addition to an 11th league finish. Not too bad for the first season, eh?

Then...won 2 games in 8 in my second season, dropped from 6th to like 9th, hard games there like Arsenal, Liverpool away, Bolton away, Standard Liege in the Europa (won 1 lost 1 but still went through), Stoke at home (they're 3rd ffs), City and Spurs. LOLOLOL 2 out of 8 you are sacked. flower you Venkys.

Now at Coventry, gonna show Blackburn for sacking me after winning the double by getting Coventry from financial troubles and being in league two to champions league winners in under ten years :P

kilbluff1985

Going to order Fifa 2013 for my PC today off ebay for $37 delivered but from India lol still $20 cheaper worth the extra wait

Luigi197

In FIFA 11 on PS3, I played as Chelsea on Professional, i decided instead of Semi Pro. Midway through the season got sacked after being around 13th. So I got offered Liverpool, took it, then went, "stuff the system" and put it not only on Semi Pro, but i used the money and glitch and bought a world class team ;D

Can't wait to play for Chelsea in FIFA 13 though :)

CrowsFan

You play on semi pro?? :o
