does anyone know how serious the injury is? Someone who was watching the game?

fertalong

Should be fine. Copped a knee in the back of the hammy in a marking contest. Most likely just a corky

Windigo

No mail on it. If it was serious they would have reported it by now.

"Longmire said Adam Goodes will have a quiet start to the week after his corked thigh, but expects him to train fully on Friday and play against Carlton."

now that reid might be out goodes will probably be the main forward target

Don't know if that is a good or bad thing. Might kick a few, but fantasy scoring seems to drop off when he plays deep forward...

Windigo

Thinking Goodes needs to play midfield to slay a ton these days.

Or kick a bag..

Bruce McAvaney

He's an injury prone old man now. He'll hang on too long and ruin his legacy.

With a firing midfield and Reid out I can see him upfront for the next fortnight

Tominator

I think his DT days may be behind him, sure he got that 137 against BL but since then he has been a very poor pick up. Thank God I've had Sidebottom and Franklin out because their cover - Treloar and Porplyzia - have been getting premium-like scores. May even start one of them over Goodes when Sidey and Buddy return, I actually wouldn't mind if he misses a game or two because it may mean he can freshen up

Plastic Boy

Goodes to bench and Sidey straight in....

Hopefully Franklin back and Dusty to the pine, not sure whether he'll play with the hammy he had.
