i gotta stop helping people

 okay so ive had a bad run with injurys using 9 trades for these during the year and subsequently have no trades left, but am sitting in top4 in all leagues bcoz of some luck but am ranked a pathetic 41k.

my mates teams which i picked is in top 2 in all leagues with 5 trades left and sitting about 5k in just his second year

my missus is ranked about 3500 on top of all leagues although no trades left.

but my dads team which i virtually picked for him is sitting just over 1k averaging 2450 the last 5 weeks and slowly climbing, also having 5 trades left.

so seeing as my seasons gone im concentrating on helping him.

just after some suggestions on any upgrades or possible/worthwhile rookie downgrades

B:goddard, deledio, shaw, johnson, lake, carrazzo, burgoyne.  shaw, darley.

M: swan, priddis, mitchell, thompson, cotchin, ablett.  gibson, williams.

R: naitanui, giles.  jenkins, redden.

F:dangerfield, sidebum, pavlich, beams, chapman, jroo, zorko.   hall, crozier.

maybe look at upgrading giles, you could maybe downgrade 1 of williams, hall or crozier (although williams and crozier wont give you much cash)
