I actually made this trade last week. Even if he doesn't play, you have cover so it doesn't matter. He is dpp so that's even more reason to do it.

Yep do it mate. He's very likely to play all games now, is about to have a good jump in price, and will give you some additional cash for some good trades come finals time.

Shiel --> Murphy (only costs you like 30k)

play murph in your mids, you then have great cover for franklin/johnson who will be out this week and can choose to bench whoever is underperforming out or goodes/martin/zorko as cover for ur forwards and mids... very handy come finals!

Still got the cash + 4 trades if u wanted some luxury trades like broughton or injuries come finals = winner!

Wouldn't get murphy though cos I reckon you're better off putting your $ on the field. You've got decent backup, so i agree with a Broughton upgrade.

yer thats the plan, shiel is going to be upgraded very soon and was thinking murphy this week, but im just going to wait 1 more week i think even though he'll go up in price, just to see how he goes with the tag and his injury
