Does anyone play futsal? Watch futsal? What do we think of futsal?

I myself represented SA's youth team at last seasons nationals (my littl claim to fame), while futsal season isn't on I'm playing indoor at outdoor soccer very regularly

Spinking

I played a few seasons, but definitely not at that level! Well done Chrisuzz!

Luigi197

My short-ish soccer career started with Indoor Soccer at the age of 5.
Played every single tuesday, and also did holiday clinics, up until the age of 11, when i thought i might start playing outdoor, but then decided i liked tennis more, and so dropped all soccer and focused more on Tennis.

ITALIA! <3

Jukes

I play indoor every friday, do a half in goals and a half outfield.

We usually lose because we're just a team of mates while most other teams in our division (the top one) try hell hard and get the best people they know, good for a laugh tho.

Kellogscrunchynut

I have played outdoor for several year and played 2 seasons of indoor for 1 win  :P.

Holz

Have played futsal every wednesady for the last 3 years, like jukes we lose alot as we only have a few guys who have played soccer their whole life than the rest play for fun.

I was keeper but than moved out when someone joined who couldnt play pitch. We have lost 14 straight, so looks like im back in goals.

I like the game, the only problem with it is I would like the pitch to be abit bigger, i think we play just on a basketball court so maybee the real stuff is on a bigger pitch.

Master Q

I play outdoor every week. We've been one of the top teams but this year a new team joined and poached players from most of the teams (including our best one)... Now were in a small league with very strong teams and we lose more games then we win but we are still quite competitive and win a few games.

I've never played indoor but I might start this summer in the offseason.

I think indoor (where there is walls) is much more suited to people who dont play soccer or who arent very good (no offence intended) due to it being more compact etc.

Play Q, itll improve your outdoor game a lot. Futsal even more, ive noticed the improvements in my game significantly.

Never played indoor, should really give it a go once really.

What positions do people play in normal outdoor soccer?

I have always been a centre back but have been recently converted into a central midfielder - best position ever!!
