I've been using this name since Feb 2005 when I joined another forum.  I've been using the name ever since.  I chose it because I support Chelsea, and despite knowing that "Chelski" was a derogatory term for Chelsea I actually felt it rolled off the tongue better than "Chelseaman".  Most people end up calling me Chels, Chelsk or Chelski on every forum I get involved in.

Nah I won some prize about 7 years ago for a computer game and they gave me an account full of things you would have to buy with real money. The account name was Spite, so I borrowed it and never gave it back.

Well mine is a nickname from my hockey mates.

Normally you have to go away to Uni games to get a nickname but since i never went to uni (but play for uni), we were out drinking one night and the boys decided to give me the nickname "tba" (short for "to be announced") for the mean time and give me another one later. That night they started to call me "tabs" as it was easier to say drunk than "t" "b" "a".

Nowadays i normally get 'tabs' or 'tbas', i answer to both, even at work which is a bit awkward sometimes. I get both as we had a trivia night and people had to spell my nickname and everyone spelt it "tabs" when "tbas" was the correct spelling.

Never upset anyone that is drunk!!!

I did this years ago typing in "tim rocks" got as far as "tim ro" ::)

so my friends started calling me t-ro, then it progressed to names like t-bird, and t-bag, and T-bag stuck 8)
