Make the the Pendles upgrade which leaves me with 2 trades? I'm definitely gonna make league top 4, but may risk Pendles going up by too much.

Yes- Pendles is a gun, and if I wait he will go up by too much. Trading Horsely and Adams to Couch and Pendles this round leaves me 40k, so may be able to wait a bit however need to factor in Adams and Horsely's price drops.

Yes - 2 trades is too little (sic) few.

McDonald to Miles should cover Pendels' price rise this week.

Yes but the points lost in the midfield by playing rookies instead of Pendles is worth the trades...

BUT you may want to consider Marc Murphy or a cheaper premo with Mumford on the field. Not sure he can play out the season...

Well getting Murph requires the same amount of trades as getting Pendles, so is there much point?

roo boys!

McDonald -> Couch
Horse -> Murphy

Solves all the problems, except you don't get Pendles, who is a star :-\

But this would get you mid/fwd MPP, and about 100k in the bank to use upgrading injured players in finals. It could come in very handy if you need to trade someone injured out but there are no good options around their price range, then upgrade them. 2 trades is just enough IMO if you have good cover, and getting MPP will help with coverage.

I reckon get Pendles (not Murphy). Yes you'll only have 2 trades but you can't go into finals without completing your mids.

Still undecided..

If I get Pendles now, which rookie do i get?

Free Kick

DO IT !!!!!

Pendles will play for the rest of the year and tear it up..

You finish top four, win the first week (due to Pendles giving you 160 plus), and have a week off with 2 trades left for the Prelim and Grand final.

Easy 8)

Which rookie do I get though? I can only get a rookie who is either a forward or mid/forward.

Soz for the late reply...No the point of going to a cheaper premo is that you have cash on hand to get decent ruckman if Mummy goes down (which he has this week... ::))

There isn't much option under 400k for a ruckman...

So lets say I get Murph this round, which rookie should i get? Can only get a for or for/mid

Casboult maybe? Carlton's forward line is dead. No best 22 talls up there anymore so I reckon they may play him for a few matches because of his height...

Yeah him or Couch (with the hope that he returns) are probably my best bets. The other option is to pray that S.Shaw is back next with a BE of -7, that he goes up about 40k, then i can afford Pendles. What do you think?

You are losing valuable bench cover by trading Shaw...
