Hi all,

Thanks for all the previous advice and the free Supercoach $$$ u've helped me earn  :D

These guys make a good case for Boyd to be top scorer of the round:

www.puntoftheday.com.au

Are they to be believed or should I be looking at someone else?

Yep a great captain option this week.  Playing a depleted blues side.  Carrazzo (if he plays) will go to Griffin I would think.

Calvin's Captains on DDT also had Boyd a top option at #2 behind only Swan.

betting on boyd to be top scorer is insane. yeah so i didnt read the link, but that guy can have 40 and still barely break the 100 barrier. enough said.

edit: in DT he's a good option though

Pretty sure I am going to back him this round as C (depleted Carlton and Carrots to Griffen). I did last round and it worked out well - 141.

Raines tag on Ablett is a concern. And only 2nd game back for Pendles.

Why is everyone assuming that Carrots goes to Griffen? Normally I'd agree, but Boyd is in better form. griffen has been up and down all year. Boyd isn't used to a tag and look what happened when Magner went to him. (Got 80 odd I think) Boyd is arguably their most important player. Also as has been said, he can get 40 touches for only 100 points.

Matthew 'go bother Griff' Boyd does not have the best disposal efficiency.  That is why taggers go to Griffin.  Boyd is super important at clearances and the in and under, but generally just throws it on the boot.  This is why he can get 40 touches and score sub 100.

Take a look at his scores at Etihad stadium though - pretty good.

Griffin has been up and down all year because he always gets the tag.

Boyd really isn't a super coacher! big in DT yes, but if your getting nearly 40 possessions every week you want to ave more than 114!

I wouldn't lose money on this guy
