I think ele when you have 4-5 holes you wanna fix, and you have blokes out of form. I usually use around gw8-10. I do a few double trades though early, but I think giving up a few points is better than using the wildcard

Unlimited tominator, but you lose 4 points in the following gameweek for everyone you do above 1 per week. If you don't trade in one week, you can bank it for next week, and will have 2 free trades that week. You can only bank one though, so the max free trades you can ever have is 2. Hope that helps  ;)
