Been flowering with my team for 10 minutes, how's it looking; pretty much guns n rooks but "expensives" and "cheaps" (More like "players at big teams" and "players at small teams".

Foster
Evra, Baines, Shawcross, Cole
Silva, Cabaye, Hazard, Silva
Rooney, Holt

(Cerny, Barnett, Britton, Pogreynbak)

Yeah im hoping rooney starts slow too, dont currently have a Man U mid, but leaning towards Valencia, i dont know enough about Kagawa, so i might just load up on Chelsea players and swap one over after the first gameweek...

while everyone was excited over Mario Gotze for the fact he was 19 years old when Dortmund won 2 seasons ago Kagawa had been Dortmund's best player last year (most assists and plenty of goals) and
was part of a team that had won back to back titles

(first time a team in Germany had won back to back titles since Bayern in 99/00 00/01)

Kagawa won Bundesliga player of the year last season too, will probs trade him in after gameweek one for Hazard when his double game is over and he turns out to be an overhyped load of bollocks.

What site do you guys use for past stats, not just last years?

Surprised only 0.5% percent of people have gotten on Southampton's Steven Davis at 5.0, Won Aston Villas young player of the year award back in 04/05 or 05/06 I believe. Then moved to the Rangers for 4 years, getting their Vice Captaincy, and Northen Irelands captaincy in the process. Now back, Hes my mid bench player along with Gunthrie. Slightly surprised, but if his 04-06 fantasy scores were shower I can understand why. :)

I use ESPN. Just type the player name followed by ESPN in google, then hit the career tab and it brings up their career stats.  :)

No worries Koop. I found it quite helpful when looking for quality cheap picks.

Yeah, already found it a really useful tool. ;)

As I was saying earlier

2004/05 19 appearances 60 points
2005/06 34 appearances 130 points
edit:
2008/09 (Rangers) 34 appearances 160 points
2009/10 (Rangers) 27 appearances 170 points
2011/12 (Rangers) 24 appearances 160 points

Not setting the world on fire, but solid for a then 19 and 20 year old. :)

(note, not bang-on accurate, I could probably go back and give you teh 3-2-1 scoring for each match, cbf :P)

Not even going to dignify that shower with a response ::)

Luigi I'd think you'd be better off just playing your best players instead of who is playing our perceived worser opposition, eg Cabaye over Guthrie.

My updated team;
Foster (Cerny)
Evra, Baines, Cole, Shawcross (Barnett)
Cabaye, Hazard, Silva, Sinclair (Britton)
Rooney, Holt (Pogreynbak)

Guthrie with 2 games though, Cabaye with 1.

I like your team, although not sold on Sinclair, but that i'm sure will change by the end of the season
