When Oscar plays he should do well, but Lampard, Mikel, Ramires are all ahead of him in midfield, and then we also have Essien and Meireles.

Oscar - (Heavy rotation with Mata and Mikel)
Essien - (Heavy rotation with Lampard)
Sturridge - (Rotate with Torres depending who is in form)

I think I'd be happy with this..? Anyone I'm missing that anyone feels should be included??
