how can i improve?

Yep, this is like the first time ever he's not a lock.

Everyone else has value/risk but they're worth it if they pay off. So i can see why you're picking people like didak, ladson, knights, sylvia etc. that i wouldn't pick but i'm sure have a good chance to work out for you.

Starting swan he better be your captain lock for the entire year otherwise you can probably save about 40k on his price.
