Draft Complete

Ok so this is the official draft thread where all picks will take place. The draw for the order of drafts has taken place and now we just have to wait for the competition to open. Once it does the drafting will get underway.

A reminder that each contestant has 24 hours to take their pick. If they have been online once it becomes their pick they then have 2 hours to pick. This is to speed the draft along, because we don't have an unlimited amount of time like the AFL drafts have/had. This means you can't use excuses such as "I need to wait for my assistant to come online to discuss picks" or other similar excuses. Assistants are there to help advise, but you should have already been discussing with your assistant (if you need help) well before it's your pick and have many players lined up by the time it gets to your pick, after all it is you who makes the decisions, not your assistant ;) Some leeway will be given to KoopKicka and Spinking since they are co-coaches and so both need to agree, but hopefully they will work out a system which will keep the draft going smoothly. Maybe they will take it in turns to pick a player?

Well I didnt pick a GK till my last 2 picks and I still managed to finish 2nd.. So same strategy applies :P

Always go for proven scorers first.. I remember I picked rooney with my first pick last year and look how that turned out :D

i think i picked RVP with my first pick at 9 which turned out a bargain!  8)
although i think i picked dirk kuyt with pick at 12 >:(
