1 trade or hold fast??

Fwd - danger, sidebum, pav, Kennedy, Dusty, Chappy, zorko (Buddy, Hall)

scored 2400 last week and still lost so this week is a must win for me to stay in the 8 and i am playing the top side.
hall and kennedy up fwd are killing me with shower scores while buddy is out and i still have ellis/dempsey on the field in the back.

if i was playing a lower team i would hold fast but i think i need the points for a win.

thoughts?

TBH I would trade Kennedy to Beams. More points in it...

i would also like to keep some $$ for final upgrades which i why i went for the cheaper fwds in nroo & goodes and not beams.

Kennedy is the weak link so definitely upgrade him and then look to Ellis as you head into the finals.

i agree kennedy is the weakest link but i was leaning toward trading hall to maximise $$ for my ellis upgrade.

Hall to Goodes. Kennedy will give you better cover going forward.

Hall to Beams if you can afford it. No - too much - go for Goodes.

Need points like not now but right now by the sound of it.

Go hard if you need to to get into the 8 because there is no glory winning the 'losers' finals.

yeah id definitely do the ellis trade this week but then you will only have 3 trades left so i dont think trading kennedy is worth it because when buddy comes back you will have a premium warming the bench which is a waste. You mentioned how much you don't want to play kennedy but you don't have to if you switch him with couch. I reckon having 2 trades left is risky, so id just do the ellis trade and have 3 left for injuries/suspension etc.

I can't see you losing your game with an awesome team like that with just 1 player off your full team (Buddy off, couch on) which won't make much of a difference anyway. I'm sure you'll pump out a massive score still and im sure your opponent has buddy sitting on the pine too.

With s shaw missing at least this week you are going to want Ellis so the trade in the fwds seems to be the go

thanks to all the replys.  its neck & neck between the hall/ellis trade.

i am only hesitaing on trading goodes in as when buddy comes back i will have a prem warming the bench up fwd and an unfinished backline.  with only 3 trades left i would prob have to downgrade someone to get enought cash to upgrade ellis.
