the line-up for BDO has been released...
     Red Hot Chilli Peppers
     the killers
     yeah yeah yeahs
     vampire weekend
     band of horses
     bloody beetroots
     sleigh bells
     animal collective .. plus another 15-20 other acts

   to be honest i think its a pretty average line-up,  so im doubting i'll be going... also there probably wont be a 2nd announcement, apart from a few local/unearth type bands..
    $165 for tickets, guess it comes down to whether RHCP are worth it or not....  i wouldnt mind seeing Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Animal Collective, Sleigh Bells(might be ok) Vampire Weekend could be abit of fun...  hard to see enough value to make me want to go..

Might go, just to see the Chili Peppers.  That's my generation right there!

Don't mind the Killers and Vampire Weekend, don't know many of the others :)

  some of the other acts probably will be doing side shows though..

BDO lineups have been shower for a number of years now.  I have seen Chilli's 4 times (2 BDO and 2 Gigs) so not paying $150ish just to see them.

2011  Tool , Rammstein and the stooges...  that wasnt a bad 3 headliners,, but i agree in general, BDO has been abit hit/miss for the last decade

Them, The Killers, RHCP, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Foals almost make it worthwhile. The rest is fairly yuck though. Beetroots could be good live, but that's about it.
