I think Ross Lyon has had enough as well with him being subbed out immediately after making a mistake on the field.
I worry about his short term JS, could get dropped to the WAFL for a bit of confidence.
IMO though for him to gain confidence the answer is simple, put him on the half back flank, not a fwd tag role, clearly he is stuggling with it.
I dislike Ross Lyon the stubborn dweeb.

i would be stoked if he got dropped, then i could at least wait til the last minute to trade him without him losing 50k every time he plays.

i should note i have a couple of trades up my sleeve, which is why i'm considering it. foolysik i imagine i'll grab birchall.

You have to take the good with the bad with the back pocket rocket. Look at his scores of yesteryear and you will see his inconsistent scoring patterns, there is not much else you can do, that is unless you have $$$ and you dont have the likes of H Shaw, Goddard, Deledio, Scotland, Carrazzo.
I would hold even if dropped this week, wont be out of the team for too long. All Ross the boss has to do is play him where he plays his best footy, back line!!!

the problem is (and god knows i dont watch much freo) that i hear he is playing a new forward tagging role, so effectively he is a completely new player, and right now he is licking balls.

You will be praying to go back in time and reverse the trade come finals time.
If you have cover on your bench scoring better, you should drop him as well this week.
The general is going to hit alot of coaches hard during finals, I would hold of until then.
