Assistance for new team

Folks I've recently signed up to FTP and have already made a few noob errors like paying way too much for spud players, or pumping too much money into wrong parts of my academy.

I'd like to be involved in the next FF Championship so I'm hoping that any experienced coaches could have a look at my team, and give a few hints and tips.

No worries. Next cut your squad numbers down. Any seniors with wage under 1000 instant fire. Any youths under 500 wage fire.Cut your seniors to 12 and youths to 12

Righto. Have done that with the exception of three players I previously put up for sale and can't be fired at the moment. Will do if they don't get picked up.

There is a very high chance they won't get picked up. Have you decided on your focus at this point in time with your squad

Yeah, put them up for sale before I realized how it all works. Will sell them when they get passed in.

Not sure what you mean by my focus at the moment. I've just been trying to bring in better players and get rid of rubbish ones. Training is set to either batting or bowling technique...

All good. Q has been giving me some guidance on the side, and Cookies' advice was great.  Think I've got most of it figured out now, but anyone feel free to have a look at the team and tell me where I need to improve  ;)
