Reckon Buddy is good enough to keep and fortunately have the luxury of being able to rotate Zorko and C Pearce in and out of mid/for. Under normal circumstances one would be on the bench, so this week Pearce replaces Buddy. Don't agree that Goodes is good value, he scored 148 v Brisbane in Sydney and to me has still to prove his value v top sides since returning from injury. He is valued to risk but not good value. Didn't they say UP to 3 weeks for Buddy's hammy ???

I would be surprised if Buddy was back in 3 weeks. Saw him wednesday at a footy clinic and the guy could bearly walk, I rekon he will be out a lot longer than 3, but I will be holding him at this stage because trades are very low :-[..

Yeah Buddy can barely walk, just seen him on Fox Footy, he was strutting around like he is playing a game tonight.
He might just miss the Collingwood game, I am confident he will line up against the bombers, byy the time that Fri night encounter comes around Buddy would have completed his 3 weeks sidelined with the hammy injury.
But yeah if you say Buddy could barely walk a day ago, he has made a miraculous recovery in a day.

Mate I would like him to be back (my supercoach team needs him ;D), but from what I and everyone else at the clinic saw, I would be very surprised. He wasnt able to do anything with the kids other than sit and sign autographs. When he hobbled past me, I said you look sore, he just gave a nod.

Well i took a risk this week and didn't trade Buddy but it cost me a league win and now I'm in danger of missing the 8 all together!
After reading the posts above I need to trade him! With 3 rounds left and a chance of not making the 8 there's no point having a player who I'm loosing 120avg points a week.
Is there anyone else in this situation of missing the finals with Buddy in there teams?

I Have 2 trades left and that will be used to trade in either Buddy or Pav.Only 2 out of the top 10 teams overall don't have Buddy

Well I'm one of a few people who traded out buddy but not for Goodes. Traded in PAv and quite happy with his past two weeks although I still lost my league match thanks to dal santo, Selwood and mummy.

I'm hoping buddy will be out for the first week of finals if not oh wells...

Have you got a million dollars in the bank? By the time finals come around those trades will be impossible to do.
