Bock has had a very limited pre-season due to his heel injury, won't be fully fit for awhile, would avoid.

Johncock could be an interesting one, has had a very good pre-season to date, fit and firing could easilly average 100+.

I'd avoid Rich, can't see him changing in value too much.

J Brown is a notoriously slow starter, not ideal to start with, but an ideal upgrade come round 8~.

Gumbleton injured again, avoid at all costs.

Hey man, starting 5 rookies probably isn't going to do you that much good. It's pretty risky because not all of them will play a lot of games and when they do they probably won't score that great (midfield rookies could be the exception).

Pavlich is probably a better pickup than Brown. He's moving back to CHF this year so should see some big scores.

Lastly, You should probably trade ayce cordy for trengrove or lobbe, they'll probably see more gametime. This isn't too important as you hardly ever need a 2nd ruck emergency

team is not too bad , maybe 1 less rookie in the backs ...keep greenwood and change 1 of the others.
maybe rich for masten , or if you have some money armitage ...
gumbleton is in my side at the moment , but i do have some concerns about him ....he may have to go .....
over all , a very nice side.....

I too would avoid Bock...

Personally I'd avoid Johncock as well.. I've considered him in past years but there's just something that never makes me Want him..

Keep an eye on Krakoeur...I know you shouldn't judge players by 1 NAB cup game, but he was in the mix last year and definitely is again this year..Scott stevens is another example of this.. Could potentially free up some cash for you :)

2 rookies starting in defence is a mistake IMO.  That's at least 1 too many this year as the options seem so thin.  I think if you do that you will be copping zeroes in defence by round 3.

How much spare cash have you got?  Something doesn't look right.  Your defence is so budget but I can't see where the money has gone?
