I was going to upgrade J-Mac to Swan this week to finish my Mids...but there are rumours that Swan is injured and could be a late withdrawal... I have the cash for any premo

Any news about an injury?
Is Swan worth for $600k or should I wait for a week or 2?

My Mids are: Ablett, Boyd, Scott T, Pendles, Watson, Zorko/Pfeiffer - JMac, Gibson

Thanks for all the help in advance.... :D

I really don't think this D.Swan rumor carries much weight...

Justin Bieber

I would probably wait.

I got Swan last week and got 105 and now romours. Really wish I waited  :-[

Toga

is there any link or evidence of this rumour? i haven't heard anything about it!!

It is possible he is a little sore from that Shaun Hampson knee he copped. Possibly some deep bruising or just a little sore in the hip. Not sure if it copped him in the hip or just above.

its me lads

I haven heard about this rumor either

The longer you don't have him the more points that you could have, he is a gun.

Im going to wait for him as he is my last upgrade left and I will bring him in before finals when gibson reaches his peak.

He may even drop off a little bit.

DT Gun

Collingwood would have scanned his hip

The way i see it, if there is no structural damage they can give him pain relief and it wont affect him at all

And if there is structural damage they will pull him out

So if he plays he will be fine

Thats my take on it

'Apparently" he left training early on Thursday because his hip was a bit sore. Like others have said, as long as there's no structural damage, he'll be right to play this week.
Just be weary about making him captain. His record against Geelong isn't too flash (mostly due to Lingy), and now these rumours....

If you can wait and see, I would do that.  Murphy would be a super cheap option in 2 weeks if Swan turns out to be hobbling - Swan should also dip in price.

The knee to the hip was significant, significant enough to OUT Hampson for the year.  He would have definitely been very sore this week.  Hobbling off the training track does not surprise me at all.  His entire @ss cheek would be black.

I think he'll play, considering it's a GF rematch.  They might just give him something for the pain.  Maybe it means he'll take it easy if the result is determined early.  I won't be putting the C on him.  But would expect him to be the best possible pickup for the rest of the year out of your options (ignoring this week).
