Is having Judd on Mid Bench over the top?

As part of trading out Waters I can get in Scotland and upgrade Old McDonald to Judd...he is so cheap. This is mid bench cover only with Judd  but leaves Giles as R2.( Redden and Campbell on bench)  Am I just going into overkill with only 4 trades left after this.? A liitle mindful of resting gun mids in the run home or even Swannie this week tho. Should I really be going Giles to Jacobs?

Having a second premo ruckman should be a priority.

Get Jacobs, If you really want a cheap premo on the bench consider Murphy in a few weeks, he'll be very cheap !
I don't think Giles will be a sufficient ruck come finals time (and he is leaking cash), perfect time to get Jacobs.

Agree with what's been said.

Think how you'll feel if you cop a donut (or donuts) in your rucks while Judd is hanging around on your mid bench? A gun bench option seems like a nice luxury but you need to concern yourself with maximising the points scored by your starting 22.

What is this, captains now? :P
Yeah don't like Judd's recent form, think i read somewhere he was carrying some kind of injury?(might be only a minor injury)

Yeah not worth wasting a random trade Jmac to Judd just for the sake of it. You need that second ruck if you trade, or just hold.

i would think trading in judd for your mid bench probably would be a bit wasteful... what i would do though would be to trade in a fallen MID/FWD premo so you have premo cover for both the mids and the fwds rather than just one or the other ;)
