I only have 1 x 19yo and that is Alpin Hill but the core squad of 7 x 18yo (all at least cap/cap and 2 x reli/reli) definitely helps :)

My youth squad has jumped up to 10th overall ranking in Scotland.  I only have 3 x quality 17yo and 2 x quality 16yo at the moment but I am trying to limit my squad to 4 or 5 of each age group.

You and your damn youth squad I'm number 2 in Scotland  >:( :P

I am up to #7 now
You'll soon fall :P

I'm #5

Fall from grace?  Don't I need to have grace first :P

Fletch74

#7 is grace for a Youth Farm, your fatigue should hit soon.

It had already hit this time last season as most of my players were either listless or clinically dead.  So far the average is about passable.  I have 3 on satistfactory and they are being rested for todays game and 3 guys on revived are coming in

Fletch74

That's probably because you have more players than last season...

Don't you love it when a 16yo hits your two rel/rel bowlers for 92 off 58 and then your rel/acc (1 week off acc/acc) gets out to a 16yo AR for 1.

Sorry JB :P
But they are some pretty talented 16 year olds. Adriaans is avg/reas batter with ord power + skilled power, which is why he could score so quickly, as for Cramer he is just avg/avg in the bowling side of it, but the pitch did suit him ;)

Funny thing is I could've rated higher. I didn't realise I was playing at CF's affiliate and didn't set orders.

The Matchbox Matadors won by 7 wickets

Chose to bowl first on a flat pitch and didn't do all that well with zz scoring 5 for 290 from his 40 overs. In reply chased that down with 1 over to go, losing just the three wickets in the process. Stephen Horn top scored with 124 not out from 104 balls and was rightly awarded MOTM :)
