Thoughts on Goodes and bringing him in

Hey guys, just wondering everyones thoughts on Goodes and if he is worth considering now that he's bottomed out.
Do you think it would be a good idea to trade him in for Waters (by subbing Johnson back to the defence line) and extra cash to assist me in getting Watson into the mids with minimal trades, or should i just go to Chapman meaning i will probably have to search for an extra downgrade to bring in Watson.

At the moment i have 7 trades and $118,500 in the bank.

Im buggered at the moment as im on night shift and really not in any state to do maths. Ill look at it more closely tonight, but do you think he can bust out some serious scores?

Only reason im asking is i dread resting time at the end of the season, and would assume that Chappy would be in line for one of those resting rounds...

As much as it's hurting me I'm staying away from Chappy aswell.

Yep do it. I did the same though i used it to move Goddard to defence and upgrade spurr to Yarran. Not ideal but the Waters injury has forced me to change tact cause of a shortage of trades. Still 7 trades left for you so your in a pretty good position to get that last high priced midfielder. Dpp's are handy this time of the year.

Goodes will dominate from now I'd think.

That rest will leave him pretty ripe for the run home/ ;)

Yeah im thinking that and i think he showed signs as soon as he came back that he was going to be strong but he was just clearly out of it due to the time off.

P.S. This is why im loving Johnson in my team and advise people to get him in. I actually did a trade last week that utilised him too... Traded Cloke, subbed Johnson and brought in Carrazzo... Id had enough of Cloke and that save actually gave me a win, just!
