Looking at my team, which option would you go for?

OPTION 1: Darley --> M.Johnson/Adcock (4 Trades Left)

OPTION 2: Clarke --> Scotland (4 Trades Left)

OPTION 3: Giles --> Maric (4 trades Left)

OPTION 4: Clarke --> Broughton & Giles --> Jacobs/McEvoy (3 Trades Left)

OPTION 5: Waters --> Scotland & Darley --> M.Johnson (3 Trades Left)

OPTION 6:
Waters --> Scotland & Giles --> Maric (3 Trades Left)

Leaning towards Option 1...

Thoughts and opinions appreciated  :)

Hold onto Darley! Put him on the pine (hes good cover) and move Waters > Scotland.

T Dog

Option 6 if you can live with 3 trades left Imo there Adamant

Affliction

I would go with just the one trade Waters to Scotland.

Keeping trades will be handy for later in the year when we see more players rested in lead up for finals or players out for the season early for surgery in preparation being ready for pre-season/ready for start of next season.

As above, trade out Waters. Although I would bring in Suckling instead... then you could go Clarke to Scotland...

its me lads

Your back line is weak and even when you have a full line up you still have a rookie on the field so im not sure if you should trade out Giles first when your defense needs help. For your team i say defense comes before rucks , im not completely satisfied with any option but i am leaning towards option 5, probably better in the long run than option 6. 3 trades left is fine. I think option 5 helps you better in the long run, Giles should average 70-80 for the rest of the year but a dodgy rookie back like Darley will only be like 50-60 when he actually plays.

I have a feeling Waters will be out for a while so i will be trading him out.

HappyDEZ

I like option 2. Waters should be back for fantasy finals which would give you 7 premos + 2 good bench players in DEF. In the meantime you should be able to avoid any donuts so long as Darley gets a game this week.

Hagebear

Came up with a different option maybe?? If Darley plays hold waters then upgrade Devon smith to goodes and giles to mcevoy?? Just a thought. Ends up being 2 trades and 2 upgrades. Just a thought.

Thunderstruck

Option 2 for me. Straight single trade and hold waters.

EZA100

DO WATERS - HANLEY
THEN NEXT WEEK SWAP SMITH WITH MARTIN.
THEN DO CLARKE - SUCKLING 66K LEFT OR FISHER AND HAVE 140,300K LEFT. CLARKE TO SUCKLING OR FISHER. GILES CAN GET DECENT SCORES JUST BEEN OUT OF FORM. GILES MIGHT EVEN GET A REST THIS WEEK. IF YOU DO THOSE TRADES YOU WOULD BE LEFT WITH ALL PREMIUMS BESIDES GILES WHO ISNT FAR OFF AND GOOD BENCH COVER.

dejan

get scotland hes always good and keep clarke at least he plays

Ricochet

Option 5 is your best bet here mate. Really need to strengthen up that backline. and with Clarke as your cover you really don't need Darley.

egosbar

waters to nicholson  ,

im keeping giles myself and only trading long term injuries if your lucky enough to have trades come finals time upgrade him then

trades are golden now keep as many as you can

waters is long enough term injury so a must trade especially if you are mid to low in the eight

treebeard

I reckon option 1 or 2 - depending on who is named this week out of Darley and Clarke.

That 'completes your backline' if you include Waters, and I think it's worth waiting for more news on him before trading. I got burnt when I traded out Scotland only to have him back the next week! If Waters is back for the DT finals, I think he's worth holding (assuming you don't have a bunch of difficult, must win league games).
