so Brazil just leveled 1-1 with Honduras with these superstar Brazilians on show and how much coverage do you think 9 has shown? almost as much as the Aussies have Gold medals, and that's not very much!
   in fact haven't heard a thing about this great Brazilian football team

The silver olympics continues with our 4th silver in the history of long jump for Australia. Mitchell Watt well done. Alicia Coutts great swim to help us get silver in the 4 x 100 medley. Mens 4 rowing.

I can't wait to see Channel 9 with egg on their face very soon. We have 3 people/teams leading in the sailing, would you know? Will all happen in the next couple of days...

@ Mailman if you think Maggotsman was the only person we could pin our hopes on for gold then you don't know your sports.

Pearson, Watt, 50k walk, Equestrian chick, Densham, Oarsome Foursome, Team Pursuit, Sailors were all genuine chances of winning gold. Only reason they focus on Magottsman is because they think we only like swimming!

The best part from last night was the English losing in the soccer :D

Ive been watching the sailing all week and its quite good. The tactics etc are quite excellent and would you believe Australia has no commentary for it on foxtel. We have to put up with pommie commentators following their own boats. Australia can possibly bring home 3 golds and we have little interest in it.

May be a stupid question: Why do men run 110m hurdles and woman 100m hurdles?
