Neglect your youth academy, invest $0 into it and focus on putting all of your money into your senior side.. From previous experience i wish this is the way i did it.. So if you agree with me invest money into your senior academy so it reaches ''improving++"

Basically all your seniors are shower.. as is everyones when they first start off.. so as a get go fire anyone in your senior side that has a wage lower than $800

So once you done that let me know :)

Best to buy a side of some everything. Low 20's, Mid 20's, couple older head. This way your side will be able to perform straight away and win you some money, be set for the future and allow the young uns to grow whilst your senior academy gets boosted. Invest your senior academy to a level relevant to your players. Thus saving you money. You dont want a superior academy with players that arent worth it

General pull.. and nationality doesnt matter.. but i pull SL every week as Sri Lanka is my nation.. once you get more into the game you should support a nation and get involved with its national matches etc
