First things first Jay, it's best to pick a country with a decent timezone for you. Australia,England,NZ and India are nations with more leagues and I would highly recommend staying away from placing your side there.

IMO the best nations to base yourself
Sri Lanka- Rather easy country to get to div 3 and make some serious money
Scotland- Lots of FF members and good leagues
South Africa- Weak leagues
Bangladesh- Good for money, but rather hard leagues to progress through

Player nationality
It doesn't really matter on the nation. Smaller nations provide a better chance of nats. Some people, like Cic only purchase 1or 2 nationalities. This is good but not great. Up to you of you are a multicultural side or not

Best to keep your squad numbers to 12 seniors and 12 youths for now until you are financially sound. If I had the time I would give you the same help I gave Daz when he started
