Difference b/w DreamTeam and SuperCoach

I know this is a total noob question, but can someone tell me the difference b/w SuperCoach and DreamTeam competitions?

From what I've read one uses a Salary Cap to pick players and the other uses a Draft so only one team in a league can own that player.

I want to get into a beginner league that uses the Draft method, but I don't know which is which.

Can someone help out a beginner?

No, they both have salary cap. They just have different scoring systems (IMO Supercoach's scoring system is better, but Dream Team is better for live updates).

Premium Dream Team is the one with the draft, but that costs money.

Thanks ossie.  Figures I'd want to do the one that costs money, but the salary cap format just doesn't keep my attention.  Are there any other sites that offer this format for free?

I'm just now starting to follow this sport and I've found playing fantasy games is the best way to learn.
