So this weekend I'm playing the top team in my league and I am currently sitting 8th and a loss will see me out of the eight this week, with another 3 tough weeks out of 4 after that to end my season.
So here's my teams and then here are my options:
9 trades left with $123,200 banked:
goddard, deledio, birchall, waters, heppell, shaw, hargrave (shaw, darley)
swan, pendles, gablett, boyd, mitchell, treloar (gibson, sexton)
jacobs, giles (orren, redden)
franklin, sidebum, beams, martin, dangerfield, porps, zorko (smith, hall)

So I will be trading Orren --> T.Campbell
and
OPTION 1 - Sexton --> Carrazzo, move him into backline (replacing God for 2wks) and I'll get either Gibson or Treloar's score instead of Shaw or Darley
OPTION 2 - Sexton --> Stanton

Carrats it $120K cheaper and just had 2 great games averaging about the stame as Stants?
Help please!!

I voted Carrazzo.
Carrazzo will be a great addition to your backline.
The question is, once goddard is ready again, what will your plan be?
Theres no point having Goddard/carrazzo in your mids taking up a spot that could be had by a better midfielder.
With all your trades you should be considering then trading out hargrave in 2 weeks and bringing in your final mid premo or a rook.

I was going to keep Carrazzo as my last mid option, but the Hargrave UPG wasn't something I'd considered...but am now!

Depends on who you think will give you a good score each week.

I'd have to say Stanton, but you can never trust him.  :P

That's a good team with 9 trades in bag, well done.

Personally I'd just accept Shaw/Darley's score over Treleor's score for this week and get your midfield set.

I'd go Orren to Campbell and Sexton to Stanton this week.
Treleor to cheapest Rookie DPP (even if they're not playing i.e. Couch - if you can find one that is playing bonus) and Shaw to Fisher next week - to replace Goddard for 1 week).
Then Porps to Goodes week after.

So in 5 trades time (4 left over with a bit of cash) your team will look like this:

goddard, deledio, birchall, waters, heppell, shaw, fisher (hargrave, darley)
swan, pendles, gablett, boyd, mitchell, stanton (gibson, couch)
jacobs, giles (campbell, redden)
franklin, sidebum, beams, martin, dangerfield, goodes, zorko (smith, hall)

Then if injuries permit, perhaps look to downgrade smith/hall and upgrade Giles and leave 2 trades for finals.

What about doing option 1 for now... Then when Goddard is back trade Hargrave, sub Goddard/Carrazzo back into the back line and look for a mid rookie in 2 weeks.

This might actually be a blessing in disguise fo you as at the moment there doesnt seem to be any decent downgrade options, but in 2 weeks time we will have a really good idea if any of the rookies playing now are going to get decent games, and also any new players making appearances.

So im assuming the plan for you is, make your trades so Carrazzo is in the MIDS. Swap Gods to MID with Carrazzo to DEF and bench Goddard for the 2 weeks?

Then when Goddard is back you should be trading Hargrave, subbing Goddard into the backs and bringing in a rookie, or if you have made the cash in those 2 weeks, a mid premo.

I think youve got some really good options mate. Be patient and efficient with your trading and youll have a much stronger team.
