Help for a cheer?

I am looking at making a two trades this week and they will most likely be in my defence or rucks. I have considered NDS to Swan but that is a bit sideways. My defence and rucks are
Goddard, Deledio, Waters, Suckling, Birchall. Lake and Dempsey(Shaw and Darley)
Nic Nat and Giles( Jenkins and Campbell)
7 trades and 227,500 remaining. Thanks

Thats what my first thought was but Lake and Dempsey are both playing well so I cant decide who to flick.

Yer get rid of Dempsey for Carrazzo. Lake will score better than Dempsey for the rest of the year. Giles to Maric or Ryder also look good

just remind you, if you upgrade giles.  your ruck bench campbell and jenkins for the rest of the year,, so you will be hoping campbell keeps his spot, or nik-nak and the other ruck dont miss any games...  personally i would just sit tight on lake and dempsey and wait for tom campbell to go up in price and look to upgrading him instead
