So far, I don't have cover in my forward line (Walsh and Kerridge are not playing) and it has cost me this round with the late withdrawal of Chappy. So I want to get cover in my forward line so I'm thinking of a cheap forward that i could get that could provide me cover for the rest of the year.

There aren't many around that haven't already had price rises. A high priced rookie like Patton would have good job security but he is nowhere near a hundred k. Murdoch plays his first game for Geelong today and is a forward and horlin-smith plays his third for Geelong but each would have fairly dodgy job security. Your best chance would be paying closer to 200k for a rookie that is guaranteed games.

There is basically no one that cheap that is playing.

How much is Crozier??

Jordan Murdoch had his first game for the Cats, got 88 today and he is a Fwd, 98k
