Who do they trade in?

Surely they need a KPP? Maybe Fev?  :P

A solid back line & someone to help GAJ. They need to be aggressive in their recruiting.

JBs-Hawks

They need lance franklin, Scott pendlebury and Matthew scarlett or Darren glass

cut  thier list as they have to anyway, trade thier high draft picks and a bunch of young pleyers for as said above a few key players who can both train the youngsters by example and enable them to put a competative team on the park.

bock back will be a HUGE help but a key defender and harbrow down back might be ok, another playmaker off half back would be handy.

Swallow is a big loss he will help the midfield and if caddy can continue to develop alongside ablett the midfield probably needs 2 more stars,

riski i don't rate,

need a key forward and a ruckman, rucks take 6 years to develop expecting smith to be a competative ruckman in 2,3 or even 4 years is unrealistic.

NEED to change thier attitude work ethic and culture to boot IMO

probably need a new coach and a new direction, maybe won't happen this season but if 2013 isn't a lot better it will happen then.

They have several key forwards in Dixon, Day and Lynch they are just not up to the standard of playing constant good games, They need to recruit a mature key forward, Capable of kicking goals and pushing his weight around one of the main reasons Bock was pushed forward before his injury.

They should make a huge play for Warncok to support Smith in the ruck and play as a key forward at times, Also make a play for Tippett they really need Kurt and could be a difference maker up forward.

They could make a call to Malcolm the Messiah http://wwos.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=8493491

Nathan Bock's exodus has had more weight than most would give credit to.

+1 Read that early this morning Roost.  Hopefully he can assist Guy in much the same way as Mark Harvey is assisting Voss and starting to see fruits.  Just not in a fort nights time though.

A Richmond supporter made this thread,  oh the irony.

Obviously with their depth they cant affors to many key injuries and theyve been stuffed this year with injuries to key players, Bock, Harbrow, Swallow and Riska to name a few. I thnk Zac Smith needs some help in the ruck. GWS have done it well with Brogan to help out Giles and co. So Jon Griffin could be very handy.

Win more games.

But nah let the kids develope. We got guns like Prestia, McKenzie, Matera, Caddy, Lynch, Day, Dixon who have all struggled in their second year and with the lack of senior players (injuries e.g. Bock, Harbrow, Riska-TV, Ablett), we have struggled to protect these guys.

Should probably win 6-8 games next year and the year after when they are all 22-23 we should win around 12 games.

I put it down to 2nd year blues. They won 3 games last year , GWS have won 1, yet everyone's saying they are doing alot better and will pass GC.

GC will be fine and win 7 games next year. :)
