Due to my taking over the Head Coach at the London Royals and at the Swansea Breakers I feel I can not give time for a third coaching role so will not now be available for a coaching position.  I will however be available as assistant to any coach who would like an assistant.

This gives us 13 coaches confirmed to date, any thoughts on final numbers? 14?

Any thoughts on draft format / date as we should start thinking about when now as if it is prefered to start 2013 we need to give all coaches plenty of time to prepare for a draft date and format (if we decide to attempt a live draft style where all are on at a given time with timed picks)

I am happy to wait until English draft finishes, I am also happy to wait until after the season or even after the pre-season draft, however concerns with starting draft AFTER the season ends is coaches activity on FF??

Thoughts? and 14th coach or do we hold out for 16 - 18....

I think 14 coaches sounds like a good idea. That way we can pick the better players and have a more even competition.

Yep I agree with BB. 14 will give us better quality teams, more chance of playing finals etc. Also looks like most Coaches are pretty active so we should get through the draft quickly.

I'm assistant-less so if anyone is keen to be in my stable, let me know.
