1. Stephenson to Campbell- means i can only make one upgrade (i need to make 4 upgrades with 8 trades left right now..)

2.Mcdonald to a debutant/Dell'olio/future debutant? (which rookieshould i get who isnt a ruckman?)-  means i can make two upgrades..

I desperately need some cash for upgrades. Currently have giles as R3 (behind maric and mummy). Is it too risky to downgrade giles for Campbell (given mummy's back)? It is a high risk high reward type scenario that could define my season.
Would appreciate your insights! Cheers.

I would go adams to gibson and magner to swan. That way yiou can have zorko covering your mids for the week. Than have zorko rotating between the forward line and midfield covering both lines. Than you have gibson as a decent M8 and porps as a fantastic F9, can you do that?

I can, but the difference between Porps and Magner is 40k, which I think is pretty significant.
New plan is to bring in Kerridge for Adams, and Porps to Swan. He has a chance of actually playing this season, and is DPP, so keeps the link open. Thoughts?

if you go with option 2 you will need really good bench cover ahead of whoever you pick becasue they probably wont play. If you say have a guy like zorko in the mids and trealor in the forward line you can afford to trade mcdonald out to say a gibson or crozier.

If you dont have really good bench cover than i would suggest getting rid of your 4th ruck is much safer.

I would drop duffman for one hargraves is playing and duffield isnt. But also the dogs kick it across the backline alot and if hargrave can get in on that again he could go back to how he was and posting some nice scores.

If you really need the cash and there isnt anyone else you can get it from its an ok move but that will put you with essentially no bench cover later in the season. So it might casue you to get some donuts in say the DT finals. Its a risk and will maybee cause you to get 1-2 donuts for the season, but if you use the cash to improve your team to compensate for this than do it.

If you think you need the 40k than do it. Seems ok you can have magner cdovering the mids and zorko the forward line.

Just starting to weaken on my holding of Pendles. Have 8 trades and can downgrade big O and put Ablett in for Pendles. Any thoughts Holz?
