Swan vs Jobe

Hi all,

I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on my final selection for my mids.

I would love Swan, and I can afford him, but I am pretty sure that he will be rested towards the end of the year.  He can score 150+ which not a lot of players can.  He gets cheap touches, because sides tend not to tag him.  My other option is Jobe.  He is consistently scoring 110-125, and doesn't seem to be slowing down.  Also, I am pretty sure that the Bombers will be playing their best side for the whole year, so he shouldn't get a rest.  He does get a lot of pressure on him though, but seems to deal with it very well.

Am I looking too far into this with Swan, or do other people agree?

You are definately worrying about Swan too much, dont get me wrong Watson is a good option and very god but Swan is an absolute gun and get him in at all costs, solid captain option every week and you dont need to worry about him.

I'm a Jobe fan but just take a look at Swan's average in the last 5 years or so and tell me you don't want a piece of that pie.

I agree with its me lads, highly unlikely he'll be rested.

In any other circumstance I'd be all like "GET JOBE IN" but because it's Swan Jobe doesn't get a look in.  Get Swan, make him captain, enjoy the ride. :)

you get swan not for his 130's but for his 260's......you get the likes of him for captaincy

Swan has a bigger ceiling than Jobe+Swan is consistent as well.
