Colliwobblers final completed team Round 14. Long term injury trades only remaining 3.

Ranked 1654.

Burnt a lot of trades early getting rid of speculative picks that didn't come off (Howard, Lynch, Conca, Ledger) and injured players (Mumford, Sandilands, Howard) and my one FURY TRADE - (broughton - Dempsey) so we all make at least one stupid decision every season don't we? Not that I am unhappy with Dempsey as i rate him highly and expect increased scoring but it was simply a trade with no benefit in points and therefore a waste. Not to mention Dempsey got injured for a single figure score the week after and Broughton scored a ton.

Hard early trading has seen a rapid rise in scoring and rank and has projected scoring of the team at 2464, hoping to outscore a lot of other teams NOT fully upgraded that haven't traded as hard and gain more rank over the next few weeks.

CERTAIN to lose rank over the last few rounds as teams with MORE trades left make tweeks and further upgrades to suit players forms late in the season.

Was as far out as 24,000th in the early rounds - started the round 11 bye round at 8500th, ended 13 in 1654th.

Grima was forced, I couldn't afford anyone dearer last week, with the Hargrave - Carrazzo trade I knew I was doing this week. Needed to save the extra trade I would have to have done in downgrading another rook, and given the low trades didn't want to risk losing any of my "GUN" rooks i will probably need for cover when premiums are rested.

Grima not ideal for DT great for SC, but he is going about as good as the rest of the defenders below the top bunch, here's hoping he keeps it up, at least he is a walk up start in thier best 22.

Trades being so low have cost me a lot, had to carry hargrave when rested, pendles and swan while injured, keep martin when out of form, bring in cloke instead of a performing premium a couple of weeks ago.

Burning trades always costs you somewhere :) note to self for 2013.

@ Tabs yeah only 7..... if we can just get a decent ruckman...... Jolly isn't too bad but he sure could be BETTER too.

I had Clarke too but he didn't make the final cut. Depending what Krakuer costs next year he might be another in :)

Goldstein will be crap when H mac is back

Cloke is average, key position forwards bar buddy have been phased out of fantasy football

Id say 7/10

3 trades left, if grima dempsey goldy and cloke spud it up you havent got the trades to do anything about it

Great team colli afew POD's in there which is good to see i like it.
I'd give it 8/10 as your in the same boat as me with only 3 trades remaining.
I also got burnt by injuries early on with the likes of Mummy,Sandi,Murphy & Goodes to name afew :(

correct too many trades used would look a lot better with Scotland and Waters where Dempsey and Grim are.

Cloke should be right, martin more likely to be my fwd spud than cloke. Agree with the point on key fwds but as per last season cloke is fast and has a big tank comes up the ground and gets plenty of it when he is on like NRoo used to.

Not really concerned about coke or martin, when zorko is playing the way he is he can replace the worst fwd anyway.

might be right about goldy and hmac but i doubt hmac will regain the #1 spot this season, we will see, most doubted he would even get a game this season...

Its complete which has been a task in itself this year with your projection of 2400+ is good. I reckon you'll probably be in top 1000 by seasons end probably take my spot I've got 4 trades left With Clarke D6 and Shaw and Darley and Spurr for D7 and bench im projecting 2414. Grima and Dempsey might not be as bad as others think with those two teams looking to pick up the pace and play finals they'll be on their best behaviour. Fwd bench cover may be an issue though Zorko is a saviour in that department.

yeah, I'm a bit iffy on dempsey and grima as well, cloke is worrying (for the points you mentioned), but he HAS been a dominant forward before, flower knows what wrong with him this year.

goldy and hmac... I dont think it'll affect goldy too much- norths said hmacs going to be playing forward for the remainder of the season.

1. cloke replaced for future rounds in selected side by zorko :)

2. dempsey turns out to be the highest scoring defender of the round, quite premium indeed.

3. martin slays.

4. shaw spuds a 60 odd, but then so does broughton.....

5. WHAT IDIOT makes ANYONE captain over SWAN.... ablett 104 swan 174, and i call myself a magpie, oh the shame, not to mention the loss of points to the SMART people who backed Swan in regardless of crowley as if he could stop Swan anyway.

Guess you play with the side you got and hope for the best.
