Click on profile then under the heading "Modify Profile" is an option called "Look and Layout".  You can change it there.

Yeah I know where it's meant to be, but that option isn't in the look and layout section anymore. Well for me anyway

For the time being? Meaning they'll be back? I hope so, simple machines is so much better than default :-X
