When do you actualy start trying to win elliminator?

Ive won all my eliminator games quite easily and going to win this week.


when do you start to take it more seriously and start playing for a eliminator win rather than a league win? Its becoming more tempting for me:

Learn from my mistakes, I started doing trades for the eliminator in round 16 (was playing a guy that was ranked 4th overall) and lost in round 17, 2 years back. Had spare trades I wish I had done a bit earlier to get me in a better position for the round of 64. Never done that well again, so I'd start now. That means ousting hargrave/eski/clarke to a proper premium if you have them.
