who too choose and why?

Thompson is 40k cheaper
Has a easy run home and should average very well
Possible chance of being rested

Watson has never averaged a season over 100, can he keep it up?
he started last year on fire then went down hill after injury..
seems a bit more consistent than Thompson

I think Watson is the better option on current form but worried he cant keep it up?

thoughts??

Ricochet

i think watson will keep it up but thommo will dominate the second half of the year
don't worry about him being rested like many on here has suggested, Adelaide will be wanting a top two finish for home finals and double chances etc. He won't get rested

go tomo my friend  ;)

why

his run home is too good to ignore  8)

further more i think they will average the same from now on and his 40k cheaper which sweetens the deal  :D

Jukes

Both will avg about the same in the 115-120 region. Flip a coin.

no worries mate, any time

I believe they are very hard to compare. Personally I would go with Thompson considering he is cheaper and has any easier run home.

ENYGMA

I brought in both this round for several reasons.

1) Proven DT jets

2) Not injury (Jobe maybe a little bit after last year but still really good)

3) Both Brownlow contenders. Therefore a lot of playing time, a lot of good possession and would be kicking and screaming if they were opted for a 'rest'.

4) Good draws, should win more games than they lose, which leads to more points.

5) Finally pretty cheap in the scheme of things. 520 and 485 for guns averaging 115+.
