Wanting to upgrade those in bold but not sure how to go about it (horsely to gibson probs good start)

Downgrade Horsely to Gibson
Smith to JP Kennedy, Scott Thompson or any other mid up to $600k that suits you. (done in trade room by substituting Sidey back to forwards and trading Smith).

I would sit on both Greene and Ellis as they have cash to make for you.  Assess next week for further upgrades/downgrades Ellis to Carazzo in Round 15 would be a good trade.

If you want an additional trade this week you could go Greene to Crozier or Couch if named and this restores your Mid/FWD DPP.

Yeah definetely Horsely-->Gibson.
I would work on getting Deledio into your team sooner rather than later (Although not this week for obvious reasons). Need another premium mid, so Thompson would probably be your best option. You will need another downgrade though if you would like Lids as well, so as Ringo said, Crozier could be a good option. Of course, if you don't want Lids, then that trade isn't as neccessary.
Your team looks quite good atm, especially with 13 trades left. Your sitting in a very good position imo.

Yeah lids seems like a must this season will investigate probably for Ellis
