I'm going to say no to the Connors pick. While he could still get picked up in the ND or RD, it is like selecting a player who has announced their retirement or been delisted.

I will give you an option however in this circumstance JB.

If you take him, he can stay on your list until we see if he is taken in the national or rookie draft BUT if he is not you must then pick a player left over from this official draft (can not take a national draft player). So hence by taking the risk he will be picked up in one of them, you will get an even worse pick if it doesnt come off.
