There is no need for a rule, its pretty self explanatory. You cant pick a player that is not on a list. Otherwise i'd go ahead and pick players like Whitfield and Luke McDonald.

Hes right, O'Meara and Crouch are pre-listed on teams as they were selected in the 17 year old mini draft last year. People like Moller haven't been put onto a list yet so you can't pick them.
