I think 3 co coaches works much better than 2 co coaches. With 2 coaches, one person waits for the other to come to an agreement on their pick whereas with 3 co coaches, we just need the approval of one other coach and then 'majority rules' and it works heaps faster :) That being said, we have agreed on all picks thus far for memory :P
