yeah it was hard to pick him but harder still to pass him up this far in. did need to run it past FisherSaints my co-coach however, big call to pick a 28 year old at any stage, especially coming off a serious injury.

he is recovering well by all reports and re-signed for 2 so fingers crossed.

more important is sidebottom beams wellingham none are anywhere near where Ball is at as a hard in and under midfielder, at least 2 years off that level yet, beams is more outside so is wellingham sidey will be both but not yet.

blair probably developing in the role ball plays the most of all those guys.
