No we aren't, but if someone's pick is coming up, like next or something, and they are gonna be offline for a couple of days, it won't hurt to send a harmless PM with your top 2 picks. And if you send a PM from 3-4 spots away, and all your players are gone, then we wait. :) It's no harm really, just an effective way of doing things. :)

I don't mind how long this takes, as it we have ages, and I'm enjoying the banter, but I wonder whether it would be worth locking in a night or two where everyone will be on, so we can punch through a few rapidly. I personally don't like the idea of leaving my selection order with someone, as things can change depending on others selections...
