The thing that annoyed me about that post was that I was up at 2 helping my wife with our 6 week old daughter, and he is wondering why I'm not taking my pick at half 3 in the morning...

Guys you have to remember there are "older" players in charge of teams who have other responsibilities such as family and work commitments. In my case during the week will not be on after 9:30pm and only intermittent during the day due to work commitments.

So advice is chill out and let the draft take its natural course and do not be impatient when it slows showing due consideration for each individuals circumstances.

Congrats on the new born Fletch but on a sour note you have now forced me to rethink my pick 3 with Bennell,  Thought he would have slipped but not so.  Well done.
