Rhyce Shaw, bargain!??

Hey all,

Just noticed Rhyce shaw could be a happy pick up but need more info.
Watch the game last week and saw he was back running out of the backline, when he does that he scores very well, any Sydney supporters know any more details?

Currently I have
Delideo, Goddard, h shaw, Hargreave, s shaw, Newman, spurr, Ellis and darley

Have 10 trades and $1,000,000 in the bank
Forwards (waiting for ablett or pendle to drop) and forwards are completed
Also waiting on two of carazzo, Scotland, suckling, birchall after the byes.

Is it worth getting shaw?
I need a guy to play this week?
Any other ideas, thanks

Shaw is a good pick if he doesn't get tagged. Teams either tag Maleski or Shaw, and with Mal being dropped because of form, I think that forward tag will go to him...

His finals runs is probably one of the worst for SC so I would be looking at other options...

Also waiting for GAJ to drop...Seriously  ??? Have you learnt nothing this year??? GET HIM IN (Next round)

Had him last year when he had a sensational run home , but this year he is being tagged or is tagging. Has the ability to be a good POD but I just cant see it happening at present.. :o

there are your top say 10 (pushing it) defenders where you generally know their role and with these guys we still aren't 100% (ala broughton rd1 &2). everyone else in defence gets a potentially different gig each week it seems to me. so i couldn't make the call, could be a bargain - Q is do you have the kahunas or pay a bit more in the 400k range?

to me besides the top, with defenders you can throw a blanket on all of them - pick the cheapest in top 10 i think - the rest will most likely furstrate the hell out of you with inconsistency. i guess issue is that there are some tasty looking prospects who have the bye this round - i too am contemplating copping a donut or picking a rd 12 premo defender. the only ones i like are heppel and grimes - grimes as he has a good fixture and playing in the guts, heppel worries me with his knee and injury history. enright to me will get a rest due to age, johnson is a bit too expensive, hurn on the way down, heater is too expensive.

what do we do? is it better to take somone who doesn't have a bye? or wait a week and grab suckling and co??? Q is what would give you more points? i thnk for carazzo its worth waiting a week cos depsite missing a game he'll prob hit more points if he plays the rest of the season.
i think team sheets will decide my trade this week.
