Just read through and it said somewhere that hes suspended for a match. Was kind of shocked how they didnt say this at the star of the article but thats what it says in there and my captain choice for the week just got 1000 times easier.

i thought that  as well but he was never gonna cop more than what he did, so why not try to clear it i guess. its a pretty 50/50 decision from the tribunal - i really don't know how they can acurately grade that type of incident (tripping). i thought both guys kinda gravitated towards the ball, such a fast paced game and a bit harsh to strip 60 points off someone but anyway

Not at all, quite smart. He got 60 points instead, only 15 difference. And if he got cleared he would keep his good 5 year record and then be elegible 25% for points discounts in the future than can get him off weeks. Smart by Collingwood I thought, well worth it, no risk at all!

Agree with Torress too, bit of an unlucky one to get sighted, pretty accidental but it was there.
