I think to make it fair, let anyone who isn't a senior coach for either Worlds or Euros first opportunity.

Players like BB67th are new and they aren't known that much, should get first priority.

I agree, im happy to fill in the numbers though if needed. Or step in as an assistant. Just need to mklae sure the people are active and commited enough to run a team. Everyone is pumped in the draft than people become less interested. I thnk i had to replace 2-3 coaches after/during the draft.
