I'm trying to decide who to upgrade this round.. My current team is below.

Def: Deledio, Goddard, Broughton, Waters, Lake, Bugg, Hargrave (Clarke, S.Shaw)
Mid: Stanton, Boyd, Watson, Thompson, Priddis, Ablett (McDonald, Couch)
Ruck: Maric, Giles (Stephenson, Redden)
Fwd: Franklin, Sidebottom, M.Robinson, Martin, JRoo, D.Smith, Zorko (Dickson, T. Adams)
11 Trades, $365,000

I'm planning of upgrading D.Smith to Beams. But then I'm unsure about upgrading JRoo or Martin to someone like Chapman or Stevie J. This is for more consistency and to save a donut this round.. Thoughts?

Riewoldt for sure. Feeling the effects of his ankle injury and can have some absolute STINKERS. Martin is far more consistent and will almost always pump out 75+.

JROO a great upgrade option right now.  He has peaked having his 8 goal hall run through his rolling average 3 times now.  He will drop dramatically next time he steps out on the park.  You take out that 1 great game, and he's only scored well in rounds 1 & 9, avg to v. low the rest.  Remember he was worth 354k in SC, & something like 298k in DT a handful of weeks ago.  He could potentially slip back that far again (especially considering ankle).  Bonus is you avoid a 0 this round.

Martin has an easier draw coming up too

Jroo to chappy is a great trade you get rid of an inconsistent forward for probably the most consistent forward. Chappy never lets you down when he plays.

I think you need to keep J roo until you have upgraded all of your rookies first..

Upgrade ya rooks until J roo is your 7th, upgrade all other rooks in mids rucks forwards then upgrade him at the end cos richmond have a good run coming up and he is likely to bag a few goals
